Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Quality Exteriors — educating homeowners, building relationships, and guiding customers through the roofing and restoration process. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We believe in honest, consultative selling and standing behind our promises.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals
Perform roof inspections and assess damage with training provided
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, warranties, and service options
Prepare and present proposals with integrity and clarity
Guide customers through the insurance claim process when applicable
Follow up with prospects and clients to build lasting relationships
Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the Quality Exteriors brand with professionalism and pride
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven
Previous experience in sales, roofing, or home services is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting rooftops (training provided)
Tech-friendly (CRM, email, mobile apps)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
