Quality Exteriors Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Introduction

 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Quality Exteriors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Services

 

2.1. Quality Exteriors provides roofing services including but not limited to installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems.

 

2.2. All services will be carried out as per the specifications and scope of work agreed upon in the contract.

 

  1. Quotes and Payment

 

3.1. All quotes provided by Quality Exteriors are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise specified.

 

3.2. Payment terms will be as specified in the contract. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of the work.

 

3.3. Additional charges may apply for any extra work not included in the initial quote.

 

  1. Customer Obligations

 

4.1. The Customer must provide access to the property and facilities necessary for Quality Exteriors to perform the services.

 

4.2. The Customer must remove or protect any items that may be affected by the roofing work.

 

4.3. The Customer must obtain any necessary permissions or permits required for the work to be carried out.

 

  1. Changes and Cancellations

 

5.1. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes.

 

5.2. Cancellations must be made in writing. The Customer may be liable for any costs incurred by Quality Exteriors up to the date of cancellation.

 

  1. Warranties and Liability

 

6.1. Quality Exteriors warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.

 

6.2. Any defects or issues arising from our workmanship will be rectified free of charge if reported within the warranty period specified in the contract.

 

6.3. Quality Exteriors will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

 

  1. Health and Safety

 

7.1. Quality Exteriors will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations while performing the services.

 

7.2. The Customer must inform us of any potential hazards at the worksite.

 

  1. Termination

 

8.1. Quality Exteriors reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Customer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or if the Customer fails to make payment as agreed.

 

8.2. The Customer has the right to terminate the contract if Quality Exteriors fails to perform the services as agreed and does not rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

 

9.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

 

9.2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

10.1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided.

 

  1. Entire Agreement

 

11.1. These Terms and Conditions, along with the contract and any other documents referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between Quality Exteriors and the Customer.
